Information we collect

When you submit the valuation enquiry form on this website, we collect the name, mobile number, city, service and approximate gold quantity you enter. When you call, message or email us, we hold whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation.

When a transaction actually takes place, we additionally record the identity document you present and the transaction details — weights, tested purity, the rate applied and the payment method. This record is required for gold purchase transactions and is retained accordingly.
