Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. Every effort will be made to ship as soon as possible. We use these major carriers to ship items: Delhivery, XpressBees, Amazon Shipping, Gati, TCI Express & IndiaPost. In selected areas, we may also use ToolBuy employees for delivery.

Orders are shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment is subject to Courier Company/post office norms. TOOLBUY ECOM PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within given timeframe from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Estimated delivery times after leaving our warehouses:

• Flat Rate Shipping: 5–7 Business Days
• Express Shipping: 2–4 Business Days
• Truck Shipping (for Overweight Items): 10–12 Business Days

Backorder items

While we do our best to prevent backorders, they do occasionally happen. In case of non-availability of stock, we still keep your order pending with us till we supply it. The item will be sent as soon as our warehouse receives a new shipment from the brand. In most cases order is generally retained till 90 days for imported items and, 30 days for locally procured items from the order date.

If the backordered item discontinued or unavailable, the item will be cancelled from your order and you will be refunded to your original payment menthoed. The price, discount and tax rates mentioned in the order acknowledgement is subject to change as applicable at the time of supply.

ToolBuy Warehouse Pickup

• You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. To do so you will have to inform us after you have placed the order & We'll let you know an estimated pickup date.
• Once you get confirmation from us you can bring your government-issued photo ID and order number to the warehouse and pick up your items We'll hold your items at the warehouse for 5 days; if you don't make it in by then, we'll ship to the address mentioned in your order.
• By buying items online and picking them up in a warehouse, we will refund your shipping charges if paid — and you may be able to get your order faster.

How to Change Shipping Address After an Order Has Been Placed

You can change your shipping options as long as we haven't started the shipping process. please write to ToolBuy Whatsapp Number or Email us from your registered details & we will do needful for you.

What if I am not available when the delivery partner arrives?

If our delivery partner attempts delivery, but you are not available, and they cannot find a safe place to leave your order, they may try to contact you at the phone number provided during checkout.

If the delivery is not able to be completed, they will make another 2 Attempts (next day or day after) & if its stil not completed then your order will be returned to our warehouse & we will communicate with you for further process..

• Deliveries to Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Lakshadweep, eastern states, and rural areas will take longer time Flat rate shipping is ₹65 & above order value of ₹5000 shipping will be free of cost
• Some orders will ship out in multiple packages
• Some gas powered or volatile items (e.g. generators, engines, spray paint) cannot ship by air or express service due to regulations
