The blade is precisely hardened and tempered throughout its entire width to give strong & rigid back ensuring a perfectly straight cut and long life. The work piece should be securely held in a clamp or vice to prevent shattering of the blade. It cuts through all types of materials including alloy and stainless steels.

The Fast Cut Blades are manufactured using high-quality High Speed Steel and have a special tooth setting pattern. The blades undergo Precision Heat Treatment and tempering to achieve optimal tooth hardness.
