Highlights
The 'V’ Block has two 'V’ angles of different sizes to take jobs of various dimensions. By means of the clamp, the work can be held rigidly to the 'V’ Block. The top 'V’ and bottom 'V’ are parallel within ± 3 microns and its squareness to the end faces and height variation to the 'V Block in a pair is within ± 3 microns.
Features:
- Hardened steel with clamps and screws. This unique design leaves entire top surfaces of work accessible.
- Tenon slot (16x3) at the bottom can be used for clamping of the machine bed.
- V parallel with the bottom within 0.005mm.
- V groove central within 0.005mm.
- Tenant slot central with V within 0.010mm.
