“Crystal” Brand electromagnetic Chucks are designed to give a strong magnetic field to hold the workpiece rigidly. The material removal capacity of the “Crystal” Brand Electromagnetic chuck is much more. It generates low heat and is economical for power consumption. Electromagnetic Chucks are very efficient since the work can be loaded-unloaded just by switching operations. All “Crystal” Brand electromagnetic Chucks are tested for insulation test, High voltage test, Resistant to earth terminal test, Demagnetizing test, Operating test, and Waterproof test.

Demagnetization switches are provided as an additional accessory that helps for removing the workpiece efficiently without damaging the chuck surface. Variable Control Unit is available as an optional accessory that allows variable magnetic force,
which is useful to minimize distortion, warpage while grinding of thin and add shape jobs. With a minimum current relay circuit, it is possible to atomize the grinding process by interlocking the chuck with the machine tool. Heavy-duty multi-coil electromagnetic chuck has a separate coil for individual pole which gives a uniform and strong magnetic field all over the top surface of the chuck. Thereby these chucks can be used for heavy stock removal.
