Mitutoyo Digimatic calipers feature advanced design styling for easier, faster measurements that are highly accurate and repeatable. Made of hardened stainless steel, our calipers slide smoothly with no need to wipe the scale clean. The digital display is larger and easier to read and displays the actual slider position, ready for measurement without having to zero the caliper. Many different types of Digimatic calipers are available including depth gages, offset calipers, and scribing calipers as well as calipers measuring inner and outer dimensions.

The Mitutoyo ABSOLUTE digital caliper delivers accurate, repeatable outside dimension, inside dimension, depth and step measurements with accuracy and unrestricted speed. The caliper’s slide and jaws are constructed of hardened stainless steel with optional carbide-tipped jaws available. The impact-resistant, easy-to-ready LCD display is highly durable and provides large character height (9.0mm in height) which improves readability.

• AOS (Advanced Onsite Sensor) induction type encoder used in top-of-the-line ABS coolant-proof calipers
• Thanks to the adoption of the electromagnetic induction type ABS encoder, this caliper can be used without concern for contamination on the scale face during measurement. The detection signal is not affected by dirt (water, oil, etc.) on surface of a scale.
• The slider provides smooth, stable and comfortable operation.
• Character height: 9 mm (150 and 200 mm), 11 mm (300 mm)
• ABS (ABSOLUTE) scale requires no origin setting after power-on and has no limit to response speed.
• Carbide-tipped jaws are available
• Thumb roller included only on calipers up to and including 300mm/12” models
• ABSOLUTE (ABS) linear scale eliminates the need for setting the origin point every time the micrometer is powered on; overspeed errors are also eliminated
