• The Jaws are Drop forged from high-grade carbon steel.
• Differential hardness pattern of the handle and jaw permits wear resistance teeth and tough body.
• Hardness : On Jaws 50-60 HRC, On Jaw shank 35-45 HRC.
• Jaws having precision machined integral teeth with included angle of 76 provides best matching, strength and firm gripping, without biting on the job as happens in other makes.
• Provided with specially designed conical compression springs, which properly balances the movable jaw so that action both forward and backward is possible These springs are long lasting as compared to traditional leaf springs.
• High grade malleable cast iron housing, heat treated rivets of carbon steel, heat treated and suitably knurled nut makes the pipe wrenches stronger ensuring high Torque values.

 

• Phosphated and painted to guard against rusting.
